He began his practice in Brownsburg, Indiana then, and has been in the same community since. His practice areas include probate and estate planning, family law, school law, and business matters. He presently serves as the Brownsburg Town Court Judge. His clients represented include family corporations and limited liability companies, a school corporation, two fire districts, local businesses and non-profit entities, and numerous individuals in the community and the county. He also previously served as attorney for the County Division of Family and Children for many years.
Personal: Gene was born October 6, 1946. He is married, has four grown children, and is a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Army.
Education: He attended Northwestern University and Indiana University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. He received his Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis.
